New neighbours and the Baltic states
- Culture and arts of the Nordic states is well received in the Baltic
states and vice versa. It is a good background to the cooperation.
- Umbrella artists' organisations are not the bodies for organising culture
events and cooperation. They are organised by serious institutions from
state to public. Public institutions very often are interested in the
quality of culture cooperation. Their activities have to be supported.
- In order to make our cooperation more intensive we have to reach a higher
level of information. We have to establish links in all our main web sites.
- Regional conferences on the subject of different arts would be helpful as
well.
- Meetings of umbrella artist organisations in different countries every
year or two. These meetings can be included into the framework of the Nordic
Council of Ministers.
Norden och Europa
- Det vore önskvärt att Klys och Forum Artis skulle ansluta sig till eller
åtminstone samarbeta med ECA givetvis på det villkor att ECA inte befattar
sig med upphovsrättsliga ärenden eller fackföreningsfrågor.
- Nordiska konstnärsrådet skulle bilda en naturlig fortsättning på den i
Hässelby startade processen, ifall rådet skulle sammantråda regelbundet.
Eventuellt kunde den redan existerande sajten på Klys hemsida utvecklas
till en argumentbank för konsten och kulturen.
- De tvärfackliga nordiska konstnärsorganisationerna borde personligen
känna sina EU-parlamentariker för att kunna aktivera dem i viktiga
gemensamma frågor.
- I Norge borde man leta sig fram till en ny tvärkonstnärlig
organisationsmodell.
