The European cultural networks are important to KLYS in order to be able to
monitor and to influence the political processes in the EU-institutions.
ECA – European Council of Artists – was
founded in the mid nineties and is the European network for artist
organizations, i.e. the European equivalences to KLYS. KLYS is a member of ECA
since January 2004. KLYS was also a member of ECA 1995-1999.
Culture Action Europe – The European
forum for the arts and heritage
– is a European platform for Cultural Policy development in Europe. EFAH seeks
to increase the recognition of the cultural dimension in Europe.
