KLYS is a member of the INCD – the International Network for Cultural Diversity. The INCD is a world wide network of artists and cultural groups dedicated to countering the homogenizing effects of globalization on culture.

One of the main task of the INCD has been the creation of a new international legally binding instrument in order to protect cultural diversity - a ‘convention on cultural diversity’, which was adopted by UNESCO in 2005.
