"Without freedom of speach there is no justice", says Federico Mayor, Director General of UNESCO, adressing the World conference on Culture.

At this very moment Federico Mayor is making a very strong speach in defence of the freedom of expression.

He is also putting emphasis on the fact that it is the artist themselves together with the citizens of the coutries who should set the agendas.

"UNESCO can make suggestions, but the real agenda must be done by the people themselves", he states.
