After yesterday's theme, Culture and Conflicts, the World Conference on Culture opened today with a terribly cold and windy day, which brought Stockholm back to winter. However, the warm inside Hässelby Slottet kept it going on. Today's themes are the impact of technology on development of culture, and the economical status of the artist.
