Journalists
David Isaksson is a Swedish journalist and writer, specialized in development and third world issues. He has written ten books, several of them about Latin America.

Domenico Conti is an italian student of Poltical Science. He has been freelancing for two magazines in Italy, Gong! and Il gezzitaliano, and is at present attending the course Global Electronic Journalism at JMK, Stockholm University.
Hans Schmidt is a 29 years years old and Swedish journalist. This semester he has a leave from his job as a reporter at the Swedish Broadcasting Corporation/ Sveriges Radio/ to study Global Electronic Journalism in Stockholm.
Birgitte Kjär, rhetorician from Denmark, at present studying at JMK Stockholm University, the course Global Electronic Journalism.
Translator
Jimmy Hofsö has lived most of his life in Sweden, translating fiction from English to Swedish. He has translated a wide variety of authors, from William Burroughs to Stephen King and now runs the company Transferan.

Illustrators
Magnus Bard is a Swedish illustrator, mainly contributing to newspapers and magazines in Sweden. He has illlustrated several books for children.

Kai-Anders Sempler is a science journalist working for the Swedish technical news magazine Ny Teknik. His speciality is the history of science and technology, but he also works as an illustrator and photographer.

Photographer
Susanne Sandström works as a freelance photographer in Stockholm, Sweden. She has twenty years of experience in professional photography working for magazines, newspapers, art exhibitions, record companies et al. Susanne has been actively involved in the efforts of the Photographers Association of Sweden, as well KLYS. She considers copyright and the freedom of speach to be the two most important issues on today's internatinal agenda.

Coordinator / editor
Mart Marend puts all together from his office in Visby on the island of Gotland in the middle of the Baltic Sea. There he stays "off-conference" but "on-line" editing the pages with texts and images sent to him from Hässelby by e-mail.
     
Mart is responsible for the development of the internet service Mare Balticum - the Cultural site of the Baltic Sea Area and Books-on-Demand

Webdesign
Per Lindqvist is an artist living in Stockholm. Per has earlier worked with Ahlsén & Lindström Architects and Artists making trompe-l´oiel paintings. Per has also made several paintings of the future Stockholm as seen in the last issue of MånadsJournalen (April no 4 1998) and his website: http://home6.swipnet.se/~w-63575/stockholm.html. Per is currently working as a computerartist-assistant, both Paintbox and Mac, at Studio Sannicolo in Stockholm.

Anders Karlén is a first year photo-student at Hemse Folkhögskola on Gotland.
